What we do

Located on the The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH) site, SA Health Urgent Care Hub Woodville is a referral only service that provides care for patients whose needs can be safely managed outside of an emergency department.

SA Health Urgent Care Hub is part of Integrated Care and the Woodville location joins the services already offered at the existing Sefton Park location.   

At this site, patients can receive consultations, medical imaging, telemetry, pathology, supported transport, timely multidisciplinary assessment and treatment and onward referral to community care. 

Services include:

  • medical imaging (including CT scan)
  • telemetry (Cardiac monitoring and respiratory rate and oxygen monitors)
  • intravenous (IV) antibiotics and fluid replacement
  • pathology and point of care testing
  • clinical pharmacy
  • wrap-around care, including referral to other at-home or outpatient services (i.e., Hospital in the Home, Geriatrics in the Home, High Risk Foot Clinic etc.).

Where to find us

SA Health Urgent Care Hub Woodville is located on the TQEH site, in the former emergency department.

Open 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Hours are 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.
